Automakers sue to overturn California's popular Clean Car law

Higher fuel economy is one of the most important and straightforward means of reducing U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. Yet our national fleet fuel economy is lower today than it was over 20 years ago. Dramatic improvements can and must be made.
